We can’t deliver pens and booklets at 10:00 a.m., 60 minutes late when a client’s event starts at 9:00 a.m. Our clients rely on us to get their products to the right place, in the right condition, and on time. And we make every effort not to disappoint them.
However, when circumstances beyond our control occur, we take great pride in how we collaborate with our clients to meet the challenge and resolve the problem.
When we make a promise, we make every effort to keep it.

ALL FOR ONE AND ALL FOR ONE

We’re all working toward the same goal: making our customers happy.
So, like a close-knit family, we help one another, trust one another, support one another, and respect one another.
Nothing beats ordinary people doing extraordinary things, and without boasting too much, we have done just that more than once.
When something needs to be done, we all work together to complete it. That’s all there is to it.

AN ORDER IS NOT AS IMPORTANT AS A CLIENT.

If a client is dissatisfied with an order, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We stand completely behind our products.
We don’t believe in winning arguments with clients, and we don’t think it’s a good long-term strategy. The issue is not the order; it is keeping the client happy.
We will never jeopardize our relationship with a client over a single order.

At Spector & Co. we enjoy having fun and being creative with our brand, products, communications, service offerings, and how we approach challenges.
Thinking outside the box, and being innovative, creative, and unconventional are what have gotten Spector & Co. to where they are today. We’re always eager to experiment with new ideas and take risks. So, while we take our work seriously, having a good laugh, a sense of humour, and having fun are all part of the job.
